This place is unique. the staff are super-friendly. - the units are brand-new, reasonably large with aircon. - We would book here again as we had a really great time.

Well, it was a really really nice stay on a business trip. Got a decent size and well-organised room for additional fan. Location: the hotel was next to the Courtenay footpath, the centre of town and super markets, multiple fast food outlets, gas stations...

The place was clean, I booked the queen room with courtyard views, everything was second to none. The breakfast was awesome with a good choice of products. The location was particularly good and incredible, even in the mountains in summer.

The place is unique and stunningly beautiful, exceeded high expectations. Excellent and easy location, so close to the Supermarket. Also - really close to coast walk, cafes shops, supermarkets, and tsb stadium and the racecourse.

The room was fully-equipped and well-kept and had separate bathroom plus a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. The location for New Plymouth was prime, next to main shopping district and 3 supermarkets.

I was offered a room with wonderful views of the sea. There were utensils and a fridge too. The location of the hotel was handy, opposite supermarket.

Possibly the best and really nice stay for a business trip. Helpful and competent staff with a smile. - Perfect location, approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from a botanic garden. - Close enough to food outlets, restaurants for more substantial meals, and shops.

Central, walking distance to downtown resturants and a show warm quiet clean and comfortable

The rooms at Asure Abode On Courtenay Motor Inn are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. the staff is extremely friendly and the food, especially the breakfast, is fantastic. It's a great choice for a family-friendly hotel; I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately this is a noisy location and the windows are not double glazed.

Suited our requirement for being handy to places we visited.Close to food outlets and shops.We have stayed three times and the room we have stayed in was always very clean and tidy.

Only one small problem and I am not really complaining because there was no charge in the end. The problem was internet access that did not work and was very hard to login into........a simpler system would be good.

Conveniently situated near a popular shopping hub with easy access to the city center 🛍️.
